Return & Refund Policy
At RBH Sound, we are confident in our products and want you to be 100% satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please contact us within the first 30 days of your purchase date and we will provide you with a Return Authorization number. Upon receiving the returned product in like-new condition, we will refund the product's purchase price with no hassle. It's that easy!
RBH Sound will ship your product within 1-3 business days after receiving your order, and if necessary, built. RBH Sound will determine the preferred carrier to be used for any given shipment. RBH Sound cannot ship to a P.O. Box. When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number which will allow you to determine when your RBH Sound product will be delivered.
If, for any reason, you would like to return your RBH Sound product, please contact RBH Sound’s Customer Service within the 30-day trial period to arrange for a hassle-free return, and to obtain a Return Authorization number and specific instructions for returning the item. Any item received by RBH Sound that does not have a Return Authorization Number may be refused and/or may not be eligible for a refund. All returns must include a Return Authorization Number, and all original packaging, documentation, and parts. We inspect all returned items and will provide a partial refund if any packaging, documentation, or parts are damaged or missing.
Refunds will be issued only to the method of payment originally used to purchase the product and may take up to 4 weeks.
30-Day In-Home Trial
Our 30-day In-home Trial does not include product return shipping costs. All returns must include a Return Authorization (RA) number, original packaging, documentation and parts. We inspect all returned items and will provide a partial refund if any packaging, documentation or parts are damaged or missing.
HOW TO OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
Customers wishing to return an item should first contact RBH Sound to obtain approval, a Return Authorization number, and specific instructions for returning the item. The Return Authorization number should be written clearly on the outside of the shipping package. Any item received by RBH Sound that does not have a Return Authorization number may be refused and/or may not be eligible for a refund.
RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT
If the product you received is not the product you ordered, please contact us immediately so we can quickly fix the error. REFUNDS In accordance with the return policy stated above, RBH Sound will refund the purchase price for any products returned for the following reasons:
The product was mis-shipped.
The product is defective and is still within the exchange warranty period.
Will be issued to the method of payment initially used to purchase the product and may take up to 4 weeks.
